Developing the strategic plan for the faculty and monitoring its implementation through annual reports.
Establishing a system for evaluating and analyzing performance in accordance with the mechanisms and tools approved by the University Quality Assurance Center.
Preparing the self-study and annual report for the faculty.
Monitoring surveys to evaluate the performance of the administration, faculty members, and their assistants, as well as the educational process.
Conducting internal audits on all faculty operations.
Utilizing feedback to implement corrective actions.
Raising awareness, providing training, and offering technical support in the field of quality assurance.
Promoting a culture of quality.
Creating job descriptions and the mechanisms and policies for the institution's operations and obtaining approval from governing councils.
Periodically reviewing the organizational structure of the faculty.
