About Quality Assurance Unit

In light of the state’s interest in education and its consideration as the primary national project to face the challenges of the third millennium, and within the framework of Egypt’s Vision 2030, which aims to accredit all educational institutions and focus on the issue of quality assurance in higher education institutions, the establishment of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, Horus University, was a necessity and a true reflection of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Horus University’s concern for the quality of the educational process. The unit aims to develop effective and organized steps to ensure continuous improvement, reach the accreditation stage, and prepare graduates capable of keeping up with scientific and technological advancements.

The establishment of the Quality Assurance Unit was approved by the College Council in meeting number (1) on 12/6/2020. A designated space was allocated for the unit in the college building M2, rooms 412, 413, and 414, located on the fourth floor of the college building. These rooms were equipped with the necessary furniture, computers connected to the internet, and printers to support the various activities of the unit.
