Grievances and complaints mechanism
Students are allowed to submit appeals and complaints regarding exam results through the Student Affairs Office within a specific time frame determined by the Dean of the College after the announcement of the results. The appeals are reviewed by the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, who issues a decision approving the review and re-calculation of grades. The head of the relevant control committee then contacts the Head of Department or Semester Coordinator regarding the appeals. If an error is found, the grades are recalculated accordingly, and the outcome of the review is communicated to the Office of the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs for announcement after being approved by the Dean.
