Welcome to the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology- Horus University. Our department, established in 2016/2017, has been committed to delivering high-quality education across the Faculties of Pharmacy, Dentistry, Physical Therapy, and Medicine.

Our department is dedicated to excellence in education, research, and intersection of basic science and clinical application, committed to advancing understanding of the molecular mechanisms that underlie human health and disease.

We are proud to offer a dynamic academic environment where students are encouraged to explore the molecular basis of life through innovative coursework, hands-on laboratory training, and active participation in research. Our faculty members deeply committed to mentorship and are engaged in cutting-edge research across diverse areas such as molecular genetics, cancer biology, metabolic regulation, and systems biology.
