– Developing the strategic plan for the faculty and monitoring its implementation through annual reports.

– Establishing a system for evaluating and analyzing performance in accordance with the mechanisms and tools approved by the University Quality Assurance Center.

– Preparing the self-study and annual report for the faculty.

– Monitoring surveys to evaluate the performance of the administration, faculty members, and their assistants, as well as the educational process.

– Conducting internal audits on all faculty operations.

– Utilizing feedback to implement corrective actions.

– Raising awareness, providing training, and offering technical support in the field of quality assurance.

– Promoting a culture of quality.

– Creating job descriptions and the mechanisms and policies for the institution’s operations, and obtaining approval from governing councils.

– Periodically reviewing the organizational structure of the faculty..
