The role of the Quality Assurance Unit in Horus Faculty of Medicine is to ensure that high standards and good practice within the teaching, learning and assessment processes for undergraduate medical program are both nationally and internationally recognized and well established.
The Quality Assurance Unit was established in 2020 aiming at:
– Improving educational quality.
– Achieving and maintaining national accreditation standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education “NAQAAE” .
– Spreading the culture of quality and providing technical support in order to abide by standard national benchmarks of quality.
– Maintaining national accreditation.
– Continuous evaluation and development in terms of education, research and community service.
